Workmanship is excellent, and went out of his way to ensure that my neighbours property was looked after and cleaned. Will highly recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent. I needed someone to remove an existing washing machine and for a new one when it arrived. Shaun was on the job immediately, arrived when he said he would, and did the job efficiently....returning a week later to fit the new machine. Reasonable price charged. The extension project, was not without an odd setback from the inspection process, but kelvin took it all in his stride. Overall kelvin is a knowledgeable and competent builder. He has contacts in other trades that helped with the project. The building of the extension is complete, other trades, plumber and electrician are progressing 2nd fixing to finish the overall bathroom.

Lloyd from LGM Builders called to give me a quote to plaster my bedroom walls and ceiling. He was very helpful and friendly. He suggested putting insulation boards on the outside wall to keep the heat in. I also needed one new board on the ceiling. I was told the whole job would be 1 day prep and 2 days work. Lloyd arrived alone and completed all the work in 1 day and asked to be paid. I never expected to have any problems and paid him by bank transfer that evening. I then discovered that the new boards covered my window sill and also didn't allow enough room for the new radiator to be fitted without moving the pipes. Lloyd purchased a new window sill on my behalf and said he would return to fit later in the week. As the plaster dried I noticed lots of indentations and it was quite rough in places. When Lloyd arrived I mentioned the faults in the plaster so that it could be fixed. Lloyd's personality completely changed, his tone was aggressive, which made me feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable in my own home. He said he had done a good job and if I was a painter I would know that the indentations would need filling prior to painting. He then said he wasn't going to waste his time putting the new sill on when he could be working for someone else.
