They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Carl kept in touch with me from the start, ringing me with different ideas , and coming to my house to show me brochures etc. when he was coming to see me, he rang to say exactly when he would be here. On the morning that the job was due to be done, he rang to say when he and his business partner would arrive. Curt and Carl worked all day from 9 am - 4.45pm refusing any kind of refreshment. They have done a beautiful job, with exact attention to detail. They were tidy, courteous to me and each other, and we enjoyed ‘ banter’ throughout the day. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the work;,I would highly recommend these two gentlemen, and they are welcome in my home any time they are in the area. Thank you Carl and Curt. 👍😊

I have been in the construction industry for 28 years. From site work, commercial and domestic building. I now mostly do domestic extensions from start to finish but get the proper tradesmen in for the electrics and plumbing or anything else that I am not competent to do myself. I have never been one of those who will do a second rate job when I can get the proper tradesman in to do a first rate one. I have my son working for me now , who is learning the trade and is in his 3rd year at college.

Recently had an extension undertaken by C&C. I put the feelers out for contractors and they were fast in quoting and managed to squeeze me. I'd had massive issues with my previous contractor so I was a bit wary at 1st but the lads were spot on. Kept in constant contact, updated me on any issues, worked with me on any changes that needed to be made and did what they said they would, at a very fair price. The lads took ownership of contacting building control, grabbing materials where required and also drafted in additional help or trades when needed. Even after completion the lads have said they will come back and do any snags required if I spot anything. Can't recommend them enough.

Daniel, perfectly laid our shower-room floor, cutting in tiled envelope and angling floor so water drains off. Previous tillers could manage or remember. He also fixed cupboard sliding rails which again previous builder did do properly. He is hard-working, capable and has good attitude towards feedback and finishing off work to acceptable standard.
