Wayne repointed our 2 bed mid terrace in St Helens. He was efficient, professional and had great communication from start to finish. He was also able to advise at the start of the job that a traditional lime pointing mix would improve the damp we were experiencing in a master bedroom. Rightbrickconstruction have been absolutely marvellous. They thought, initially, that the job on the conservatory would take three days. However as the patio slopes down to it, water was gathering at the base of the wall. Also, the initial construction of the Conservatory was not brilliant. The firm that built it in 2005(Advanced Windows of Burnley)cut corners in it's construction. That led to water collecting in the Cavity. We can confirm that water was seen running out of the brickwork, when a hole was drilled in to it. So, the flags were dug up and an ACO Drain put in. All this took Extra time, and they were here a week. That's Jason and Stu working really hard. Its a Credit to them and shows that they are Proud of the work that they do. And when they had finished, they ensured that all areas were cleaned. Although we haven't started the build yet, nothing to do with Declan. He has been very supportive wish we had had him onboard earlier. He has been in contact with us regularly without being intrusive, there has been so much more to the planning, building regs and the utility companies, to a novice this is daunting and Declan has kept things moving and met up with them all.
