They organised all the input from other guys like electrician & plasterer etc. They made lots of useful suggestions to help with problem solving. They came back promptly to sort all the small issues that are usual at the end of a job like this. I stayed within budget & the end result is fantastic. Have to add that they are great crack as well. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. They were professional, tidy, and paid attention to every detail. Communication was clear throughout, and they kept the place clean after finishing each day. Look forward to working with Mark again as he will be fitting my kitchen soon. Building control cannot reach him so won't certify..We have had to hire a new builder - who is finding defects and shoddy work everywhere. Unfortunately Jack went missing and has ignored all calls, emails, whatsapps and attempts at communication over the course of many weeks. Our building control needed responses from him to certify works - unfortunately works cannot now be certified and may need to be torn up. This was a long and complex project, we are disappointed he hasn't seen it through.Unfortunately out of goodwill we paid invoices prior to final completion. Lesson learned I suppose.
