We have a dedicated team of staff always on hand to help you through any job you require in your house or garden. All different tradesmen available so multiple jobs being done under same roof is easily doable. Competitive rates available and any genuine quote will be beaten.
Very poor experience, we employed Advance to build a 2 Storey extension unfortunately we had to terminate the contract of the company at first floor joist level due to consistent issues in regards to quality of build, not reading the drawings or spec leading to incorrect materials being used or sub standard materials for the project. Protection of property and general onsite cleanliness including leaving constant food and drink on our property. We had numerous issues with labour being onsite it was a build during winter that comes with its own problems however even good days were consistently missed with no communication from the management. We had to get numerous people out to review the build as it didn’t appear the onsite management understood the basic standards and requirement for the build. Finally after agreement and release of final pay the company refused to pay the scaffolding company for the works done on our property leaving ourselves with the further issue of scaffolding after we had paid. Amazing 5* work! Highly recommend James and team. We had a kitchen ground floor extension completed last year; it has exceeded our expectations. James followed up all issues and questions in a professional manner. Jimmy fitted the flooring throughout the ground floor - perfect. Despite the appalling weather the work was completed on time. The extension is also built to such a high standard it weathered the Stalybridge tornado in December!!! Although we haven't started the build yet, nothing to do with Declan. He has been very supportive wish we had had him onboard earlier. He has been in contact with us regularly without being intrusive, there has been so much more to the planning, building regs and the utility companies, to a novice this is daunting and Declan has kept things moving and met up with them all.
