Bakers Building services have been exceptional throughout the entire project to complete a single story extension on our Victorian terrace in Colchester. Jamie has been easy to talk to and open to all of our ideas when other builders dismissed them. He has also communicated well and kept us informed of timelines and delays with building works. He was also very thoughtful with our neighbours during the build as we have shared assess through their garden so he was always ensuring that they were happy and the site was kept tidy. Jamie has amazing attention to detail and was quick to address any of our concerns throughout the building process. His team have also helped with things not in their remit, like helping get the range cooker in to the house and assisting with cleaning our parquet flooring blocks to help us lay the floor. We have got an amazing extension thanks to Jamie and his team so they are highly recommended and I know they will be in much demand, judging by the amount of neighbours we have had asking to see his work with a view to extend their own properties. Star Builder and we are looking to having him and his team back to further renovate our property when we tackle the first floor

I LOVE my garden wall, we’ve had some real dodgy weather recently with rain, wind and mad heat but the wall hasn’t tarnished and has stayed solid as a rock. My beds are lovely but I’m not very good at remembering to water my plants! On the whole The ace group we’re on time, we’re there when they said they was and just really friendly and polite. They also took into account everyday I have elderly visitors and children and cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. Can’t fault them will 100% use again if needed

Sanders home solutions replaced my mother’s conservatory roof. Mel came out to quote for repairs and a replacement roof. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful , explaining the process to my elderly mother. Mel and his team replaced the roof whilst my mother in hospital . Good communication and completed in a day. The new roof looks fantastic. Mel sent photos of the work once completed and we have now been round to look ourselves and the team have done a fantastic job. Very trustworthy company I will definitely use again Thank you to you and your team Mel .

We were very pleased with the work carried out. Daniel provided a very clear quote with drawings of what the work would entail. He took a lot of time to look at the job beforehand and went into detail. We felt the price was reasonable. His communication was good, not too much and not too little. He and his team were always punctual and polite and discussed everything as they went along when we turned up onsite. They kept the site as tidy as possible and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The job came in on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.
