We cannot recommend QKBB highly enough. From the start to the finish of our bathroom refurbishment Sandra, Dave and Michael have been a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and attention to detail and the contractors they used for the electrical installations, plastering and tiling were very professional too. Sandra's experience and knowledge helped with the design along with Dave's professional help and support. Michael worked hard to ensure the bathroom was finished within the relevant timescales, with great attention to detail and he always cleaned up after himself ensuring that we had minimal disruption throughout the whole process. We are really pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely recommend QKBB to friends and family.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating for this tradesperson. Kieran arrived to start the work with a colleague and all appeared to go to plan. After a few hours, they stated they needed to leave because they did not have all the right tools to complete, promising to return the next day. The following morning I received a call saying that the colleague had disappeared with the tools in his vehicle. Days later and after a number of attempts by me to resolve the problem with Kieran I offered to hire tools and deduct them from the bill but have not heard from them since. I asked a neighbour who is a retired carpenter to look at the work and he advises me the frame has been cut too small and requires complete removal and new frame to be purchased.

Johny expressed interest in our job almost immediately, visited and quoted the next day. Started promptly on the date and time agreed and maintained this throughout. Due to the need for flexibility in making the bathroom disabled friendly some fixtures and fittings were supplied by us and others we identified he obtained. His adaptable approach and problem solving skills were excellent, with solutions discussed and agreed all through the job. Even when alterations were put forward he had no hesitation in carrying them out. We now have a new disabled friendly bathroom to suit our needs into the future. The workmanship and finish is excellent and we would recommend him to anyone who wanted a skilled tradesman who knows his stuff.
