I used Nana Holt Builders for a kitchen extension, building of a utility room and a garage conversion to cover all works from construction to electrics and plumbing etc. From the very beginning Ryan and his team were straightforward, offered a good price meeting my budget. Throughout the course of the works there were no hiccups despite the terrible winter weather and heavy snowfall. Punctuality is important to me, having the team arrive early morning each day was reassuring. Although we haven't started the build yet, nothing to do with Declan. He has been very supportive wish we had had him onboard earlier. He has been in contact with us regularly without being intrusive, there has been so much more to the planning, building regs and the utility companies, to a novice this is daunting and Declan has kept things moving and met up with them all. I look forward to getting started, then seeing the end results with mum living the best life she can in the annex.
