Get in touchFollowing my very recent initial contact with MyBuilder and with ‘Chris’ at NRS he came to inspect the job last Thursday and because he was doing other work in the area said, much to our surprise, he could come the following day. There and then he quoted us a price for the work which we found reasonable and it was accepted. Later he rang to say he had been to the builders merchants for what he needed and the time on Friday when he would arrive. He rang again on Friday morning to say he would be about an hour later than arranged but he and his colleague came at 1.00 pm and were with us about an hour and completed the work…..a new down drain-pipe, and re-adjusted the long gutter. Chris took ‘before and after’ photos which were very useful and justified the necessary work. He also noticed a missing tile off the roof, found it, and replaced it at a small additional cost. Finally Chris and his colleague removed all the rubbish and swept up the drive. I have reported all this at some length because my wife and I appreciate the service we have received from NRS.
