Craig has recently completed a garage to kitchen extension with an added downstairs toilet and utility room. The whole process has been positive, Craig was confident in his quote and advise but was keen to listen to our ideas and was happy to discuss various options around budget and function etc. Craig's initial quote was agreed and didn't differ, although I appreciate building materials may have increased during completion, which made the whole project manageable and we weren't worried about hidden charges etc. I would highly recommend Craig and he also has great contacts within the industry for electrical, plumbing, roofing and windows / doors to ensure all jobs are completed to standard.

Roger and his team at Greenbird undertook a full house refurbishment and rear extension to a rundown semi-detached we bought in 2018. Roger was great to work with and I appreciated being able to have open and honest conversations with him about the project, the details, any changes, issues and costs throughout the whole process. The work was done to a high standard, and snagging issues sorted out promptly. Roger and the Team were also understanding when we had to move in to the house early and had to ask them to stop work for 2 weeks towards the end of the project whilst we had our baby daughter who was born at the house. I have and would recommend Greenbird to family and friends.

His co-worker Russell was also hard working and courteous throughout some atrocious winter weather conditions.
