I'm leaving a neutral review to be fair to AP Construction as the job is satisfactory. Unfortunately, my new flat roof extension has developed a leak and try as I might, I can't get hold of Adam. His phone number always goes straight to voicemail and he isn't responding to email either. I've been in touch with Mybuilder customer services and they have had the same problem not being able to get through to him and have advised me to go through trading standards to try and resolve the issue. I hired Adam based on the reviews on the site, unfortunately, before the NEGATIVE review was posted. He is a very nice man, polite, friendly and helpful. If he had just contacted me and sorted the leaking roof out, then this review could have been a positive one. Now I have to go through trading standards to resolve an issue that could be dealt with quiet easily for a builder of good standards which, as it turns out, Adam Pemberton is not!

Do not let this man build anything more than a garden wall. He has left my extension in a right mess the porch roof, soffits, guttering, floor and electrics have all been condemned, some as dangerous, as well as some drainage and plumbing works being unfinished. There are sooo many problems the building inspectors are after him also trading standards are now involved.

Would not recommend these to anybody. They consist of Father Tony, Gareth (GWT) son and Ted - son. They started our New Build in March this year with a finish date Mid September. The schedule was amended and another date provided of the first week of November, this was amended to the 17th of November. We requested a finish date, they didn't provide one, so we accepted that they would leave site. They have left us with lots of problems, took a deposit for Air Source Heating but did not pay it over to them. We needed the build to be completed by the latest the end of January, we have not got the second fix done yet, no interior. We would estimate there is three to four months work yet, which makes it March 2021 ( A year when 6 months was quoted). There has not been any delays due to supplies and Covid, we have had a kitchen sat on site for 3 Months in line with there latest schedule. We strongly recommend that these be given a wide birth. They have passed on comments about ourselves, making it difficult for us to access tradesmen.
