He arrived at the agreed time to survey the job, then provided a very competitive verbal quote on the spot. Text confirmation of the price and work involved soon followed. Having scheduled the work to commence two months later, the work has now been completed to a high standard. At my request he placed excess earth in a neat pile for later use on my garden, and similarly created a neat pile of excess gravel for which I had plans. All rubbish was taken away by Will and his helper for disposal, and the area rinsed down and swept clean.
