He was realistic with timelines for when the work would be finished and communicated these clearly throughout the process. Hemen did a wonderful job moving our door, opening up/ converting the space under the stairs into storage, and putting up a large LED bathroom cabinet for us. The quality of his work and attention to detail were outstanding.
