Simon was polite, efficient and very tidy. He listened to what I wanted (which was a little unusual), asked questions at each stage to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted, advised when he thought an idea wouldn’t work and gave his own suggestions, communicated well with all the other tradesmen involved, got them all to do their bit in a timely fashion and worked very hard. I am getting him back to do another job imminently!

Firstly I would like to thank Scott and his team for their hard word completing our Porch build on schedule despite the cold and very wet weather throughout January. Scott is excellent at his job ( ground works and bricklaying ) and knows when he needs to bring in other trades to complete the project. Always on site when he said as with the other trades he booked. He kept me up to date throughout the build. We are very pleased with our new Porch and impressed with S.K Building Services work ethic and would highly recommend given them a chance to quote your building project. Our job was a completion of a front wall that had been damaged. Matthew understood our wall design helped with a decision for space for a gate. Visited a couple of times with brick types to ensure we liked the finished look. Job was completed in time frame suggested and if any changes in days it was communicated. Very professional, great price, tidy and polite. Very pleased with work. Would definitely recommend.

Danny handled all of the tradespeople and deliveries for us, making the whole process such a job. The standard of his work is beyond exceptional and it is clear why he is a Master Builder.
