I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary today due to my complete satisfaction with the work done. As someone in management, I was impressed by the quick response and the updates, which were perfectly aligned with my needs. The engineer was brought in to fix a poor job from a previous contractor, and I was initially concerned about spending more money on yet another rogue trader; however, after closely monitoring the workshop, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer not only completed the job but exceeded my expectations. After taking measurements, Ron brought a completely different colour carpet to what he was supposed to match. I then gave them a sample to make it easy. They later said there is nothing they could do and did not complete the job after removing the old carpet. I felt they could have procured the same carpet or close match from a 3rd party vendor but could not be asked to. He also left my child’s room with hazards of sharps exposed nails which caused injury the next day. Communication was rather exceptionally poor and shows a lack of professionalism from the company/woman handling their business calls. I will certainly not use this company again. NB: I have hired someone else to complete the job at about £200 cheaper. So they over charged and didn’t do the job and caused injuries.

Very impressed with Craig & his Team. Suppliers sent the wrong Vinyl & TBH I expected to be hit with an extra charge from him for a wasted call out. Instead Craig was very understanding and returned speedily. Quality of work was excellent. And all three guys were very polite.
