From the get go, Raj and his team were a pleasure to deal with and have working in our home. The quoting and design stage was clear and efficient, and he recommended some great features for our kitchen build. They recommended we get our kitchen from Howdens and we are very impressed with the quality. We had the entire kitchen - floor to ceiling worked on, so new lighting layout and flooring as well. The work started on time and Raj and his team broke down everything that had was carried out each day and when certain processes were about to happen. They done a fantastic job fitting it all, it looks really nice and you can tell they take pride in their work due to their attention to detail. We are very very happy with the job that Stuart and his team did. The job was completed on schedule and this was including a few extras I had asked for at the very last minute. The work has been done to a very high standard throughout- we have been so impressed with the quality of finish and attention to details. Stuart was also very communicative throughout - checking details with me on how I wanted things- things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. They were also respectful and careful with our belongings- covering things up where they could and deftly working around things that couldn't be moved. Glad we didn't hire him. After agreeing on a price for loft conversion and back extension, Mr Rattan kept increasing the price by referring to minor things. Like charging extra for plate that goes on steel. First day when he turned up, he demanded that owner should provide tea and snack for his labour every day. Also he was not ready to include the agreed price on the contract (as he was sub contracting the job to someone else). Glad we cancelled him and hired another builder in his place.
