I hired Paul to undertake some internal structural works which involved removing internal walls, installing an rsj, creating an open kitchen space and adjusting the internal drainage. Paul has done a fantastic job. He was very professional,from the first visit right through to the job completion. Taking on a project like this can be daunting if you are not used to it, but Paul took all the stress out of making difficult decisions and made it very easy. He suggested lots of ideas and went far beyond what I had asked and has expected him to undertake. He did all the liaison with the Building Control inspector and the work he has done was signed off without any problems. It is difficult to find a professional builder who you can trust but I would have no problem recommending Paul. We have already referred him to 2 of our friends who are looking to have building work completed. In summary if you are looking for somebody who knows what they are doing and carries out the work to a high standard you will not go wrong with Paul. Tom and Claire - Hagley

We are nearing completion of our extension and can only say how impressed we've been with Matthew and his team. Reliable, friendly, hard working and considerate - accommodating my need to sleep after night shifts around the schedule of work is a big winner for me. The quality of work is excellent. The team have kept us updated on a daily basis whilst working swiftly and competently to complete our project. We encountered some issues with old building work along the way and Matthew made what could have been a very stressful discovery fairly easy and he quickly remedied the problems. Nothing but praise for Kensington from us, highly recommended.

Having commissioned Mark to carry out the following groundworks- concrete footings stone driveway (60 tons) radius edged concrete pad to stable area removal of old and replacement of gravel to front of house.(40 tons.)
