I approached this job with some trepidation, but I needn't have worried, the roofers did an excellent job. Mike carried out work on our roof, which needed some pointing and tiles re-bedding. He was a breath of fresh air after our previous experience with builders. He was fast, efficient, polite and friendly. His communication was excellent, so we weren’t left wondering what was going on and he was totally reliable. Mike and his assistant Ryan are grafters and the work was carried out to a high standard. There was something that we weren’t happy with but Mike quickly rectified it and the work was completed to our satisfaction. We were also concerned about the mess caused by the mortar etc that had fallen onto our driveway but Mike & Ryan were very careful to clean up at the end.
