Mark actually installed the whole kitchen for me and I am very pleased with the job he did. Mark managed to fit me in before Xmas and I found him cheerful and very efficient, as was his assistant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They cleaned up after themselves and left the kitchen not only looking good but nice and tidy. I found Mark very helpful and would recommend him and his team.

Oscar built me MDF shaker style kitchen cabinets and pantry doors that look perfect. Couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Oscar also kindly fit a mantle I had DIY’d. My house was left clean and tidy after all the work Really happy with the work, so much so I’ve already booked in my next project. Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship. Job was for chimney removal and roof covering over. He was friendly but otherwise it was a bit of a disaster start to finish. For a short summary: - Didn't turn up for the agreed day with no notice, reason given afterwards. - Did turn up 2 days later as agreed but didn't have the right tools to finish demolishing the chimney. - Came back the next day but didn't buy enough tiles to fill the hole and the shops were shut by the time he realised. - Asked for partial payment and promised to come back the next week. - The next day rain came inside the house as he had not left the roof water tight and there was a large gap in the membrane. - Then ignored all calls and messages and did not return. I had to hire another tradesperson to rectify the job.

Provide a non exorbitant quote & reasonable time scale for work start/completion. 6. Turn up at the pre-arranged time on the day specified. 7. Ensure your belongings are protected from dust/damage. 8. Undertake a high quality job in the time frame specified. 9. Leave the site clean & tidy. 10. Charge what the quotation stated. Great work done to a very high standard , i had 3 doors replaced and 2 stairs spindles . Brad gave me a very good quote than what I was getting from other carpenters and he’s very reliable ,he turned up on Wednesday as promised to fit doors and spindles . Took rubbish away and cleaned up . I am so impressed with his professional approach to work . I would certainly hire him again for more jobs. .

I hired Paul to undertake some internal structural works which involved removing internal walls, installing an rsj, creating an open kitchen space and adjusting the internal drainage. Paul has done a fantastic job. He was very professional,from the first visit right through to the job completion. Taking on a project like this can be daunting if you are not used to it, but Paul took all the stress out of making difficult decisions and made it very easy. He suggested lots of ideas and went far beyond what I had asked and has expected him to undertake. He did all the liaison with the Building Control inspector and the work he has done was signed off without any problems. It is difficult to find a professional builder who you can trust but I would have no problem recommending Paul. We have already referred him to 2 of our friends who are looking to have building work completed. In summary if you are looking for somebody who knows what they are doing and carries out the work to a high standard you will not go wrong with Paul. Tom and Claire - Hagley
