Get in touchI cannot speak highly enough of Sean. He came to see us yesterday and was a model of kindness and professionalism. He very patiently explained all our options to us and used his expertise to go through any difficulties that the work would throw up and to suggest solutions. We particularly appreciated his honesty when it came to pricing up the job. Sean is probably unusual among builders in that he insists on giving you a fixed and final figure for the job, ie. a fixed price that covers everything from the initial groundwork to a completely finished new kitchen. Once this price is agreed, any unforeseen costs will be borne by Sean himself. Unfortunately, although Sean gave us a very fair price, we have decided to go for a more modest kitchen refurb that does not involve building an extension. Once we accepted, Samoo and team were very professional, pleasant, quick and knowledgeable on completing the extension. We are extremely happy with the result and especially the time it has taken to be completed. I would highly recommend Samoo for any future jobs. Any follow ups after the completion Samoo and team were happy to assist.

James followed up all issues and questions in a professional manner. Jimmy fitted the flooring throughout the ground floor - perfect. Despite the appalling weather the work was completed on time. The extension is also built to such a high standard it weathered the Stalybridge tornado in December!!! Get in touchHung me around for a whole month and a half never even started the job but did come round take some bricks out of the wall in the wrong section and never came back to replace them very unprofessional. I wonder where I stand to suing him for taking bricks out of the wall without my consent. Would like some advice from my builder though.
