He created a new kitchen dining space leading out to a patio area; removed structural walls and a chimney breast; Installed load bearing structural steel and Rayners aluminium bifolding doors; completed internal stud work; first fix electrics plumbing and heating; installed 2 designer column radiators. He also fitted our new interior designed kitchen involving some bespoke joinery work. Everything was done to an exacting standard. Dan’s communication was excellent throughout and he was very reliable. He was also very accommodating to changes and always talked us through pros and cons to options. Dan also came back after to sort the (usual) snag list for us.
