I give 1 star for their unprofessional roof inspection service. We fully confirmed the 10:00–11:30 site visit days ago and exchanged the full property address with mutual consent. Without advance warning, they sent an unexpected reconfirmation message at 6:57 on the appointment morning. My phone did not pop up instant alerts for this early text, so I only read it after driving 1.5 hours to wait at the house punctually as arranged. I waited on site for ages, yet no staff turned up. I made several phone calls to ask for their arrival time, but nobody picked up my calls. It is entirely unreasonable to double-check a fully locked-in booking at the last minute, ignore customer calls and leave clients stranded after a long drive. Their messy schedule management wasted my whole morning and travel hours, with no respect for customers’ pre-planned trips. I will never recommend this firm, as they cannot keep confirmed appointments and disregard phone enquiries from clients.
