Cancelled the day before the job was due to be done after he said he was ill. Am waiting to rearrange another date for the job to be completed. Still waiting nearly 2 weeks later and had to use another company as we could not wait any longer for job to be done.

But he notified us that the boiler wasn’t working and it was a complex issue. Mark voluntarily went out of his way the next day to visit the unoccupied property and extensively research the issue, call the boiler manufacturer directly and figure out what the issues were. He did this on his own accord and we are very grateful to him for doing this. He then advised and ordered the parts and once arrived he saved me the fortune of replacing the boiler by simply fixing the broken parts. Mark also sorted out my radiator pipes and cut off water to some basins as requested. Very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent time-keeper! Thank you for all your help Mark! Would highly recommend!
