Get in touchWe instructed Josh to demolish two outbuildings and put up two new ones and do some minor joinery work. Josh did turn up and start the job (a day later than agreed). Josh did demolish both outbuildings. It did take him longer than expected to put up one of our new outbuildings. By Sunday afternoon, the sides of the new outbuilding were in place and he put up the roof structure but did not fit the roof panels to the roof structure. Overnight the roof structure blew off. We were quite concerned about this and was expecting him to turn up the following day to continue with the work but he did not show up. He finally sent me a text and promised to come later that afternoon but never showed up. By Wednesday the outbuilding was finally up. Josh had also completed the joinery work as promised. All Josh had to do was to put up the second outbuilding. Out of the blue I received a text message last night informing me that he was not able to put up the second outbuilding as his head was "fried". I texted him back expressing my disappointment but have had no reply. As a business woman, I find this to be very unprofessional and I am now having to find someone else to put the second outbuilding up.Latest review:Demolition- - Get in touchTimely arrival for the job and kept me up to date on works. Despite agreeing on a deposit of £300 again after the first day he asked for more money to pay his men! To top it all off once he got his £2100 the job is incomplete. When challenged about this he denied that asked him to clear these items and said he would come back and have a look, that was a week ago!
