Jack was polite and on time every day. He priced for 4 days but managed to finish in 3 days due to a cabinet fault from wren. I highly recommend this man to do your flooring he was half hour early was well spoken clean an fast at his work he made me me feel comfortable with the way he was going to lay it as you can lay length ways width way or even diagonal he had it down in a few hours an I was very happy with the end result he offers an granite with his work witch is an xtra reassurance to his work he can also supply flooring underlay an needing witch is high quality and cheaper than most suppliers wish I had used him for my floor but sadly had already bought all the stuff needed

I had recently purchased a period property and hired James to sand, restain and finish wooden floorboards in the living and dining rooms, hallway and stairs. He was punctual, polite and very hardworking. He was also flexible with his time as he had to work around my timetable as I was having other work being done in the house as well. He even worked over one weekend to complete the job prior to my move in date. My husband and I are very pleased with the end result and are already planning on using him for some painting and decorating which he does as well. The job has been filled with hidden charges from start to finish we were originally quoted a totally different price to what we have ended up paying with no communication throughout the job to explain these hidden costs. Gareth charged £30 for sealent and glue surely if you need materials the client should be told what is needed and how much it will cost onto the job? As these materials could have been provided to you by ourselves when asked for receipts there were none to show. Gareth also charged £20 to install corner posts to units that were provided by us instead of hinges again with no communication that this is an extra cost., as having had kitchens fitted before i have never come across this that joiners charge extra to put on corner posts or hinges! The original quote Gareth quoted included all working appliances, but again once the job was complete we were charged £60 for the gas hob installation this again with no communication given to us about this until the job was complete so we had no idea this would be an extra cost! The job should have taken a week but due to Gareths “disappearing acts” it has taken 4 weeks. Whenever Gareth was left alone to do the job he would disappear he never did a full days work and popped in now and again for an hour or so until the job was complete. Full Kitchen refurbishment on large kitchen diner. The work which Stephen carried out was exceptional my kitchen has been totally transformed, steves attention to detail was second to none. I probably was not the best customer as I kept changing my mind it was great to have Steves input, he certainly didn't go for the easy option nor the most expensive. I decided midway through that I wanted an island with electric, this was no trouble and Steve delivered a bespoke island as requested which Im absolutely thrilled with. Steve is very professional he always turned up with the right equipment meaning he very rarely left site, after each day he always cleaned up after himself and packed his tools away in evening never leaving it in my way. Steve was very well mannered never spoke any bad language, everyday he would park his very professional and clean looking van on my drive Steve also was very well turned out.
