It would have been easy to build this job into a much bigger one but Gaz took time to trace the leak and then look for the reason for it, which turned out to be some failed pointing in a valley. Gaz turned up on the date agreed, completed the repair for the agreed price and sent me photo's to show the problem. He cleared up after the job and then followed up with a phone call to check that I was happy with the job.
