We found Simon highly knowledgable and professional and was impressed that he kept the area as tidy as possible and even mopped the floor when he finished. He gave me confidence in the way he described how he knew exactly what to do and how he could fix it immediately plus he looked after my tenants very, very well. I had had an ongoing leak from the roof and damp in the wall for years that no builder had diagnosed correctly and Ciprian did. He fixed it all, including the chimney, in 3 days and then finished off the internal decoration once the plaster had dried and left the apartment immaculate. He's my only tradie now as he's multi disciplined - bathrooms, renovations, tiling , you name it.
