I routinely work within the constraints of a National Landscape and I have forged a rigorous expertise in working with listed buildings and within conservations areas. I have a trusting relationship with planning and conservation officers in the surrounding local authorities as well as a reliable pool of excellent contractors and consultants to draw from. I have invested my career in the residential, educational and commercial sectors on behalf of my employers and with a varied roster of clients that have included Oxford University colleges, internationally renowned public schools, housing associations and private individuals. I usually work on a fixed-fee or time-charge estimation basis. My fees are agreed with you before commencement of each design stage, and I am careful to outline all costs associated with each stage. After a complimentary initial site visit, I will prepare a detailed fee proposal outlining your brief, the scope of work, any potential constraints and my corresponding fees.
