William (Billy) and his team did an exceptional job. My conservatory seems to have been a bit neglected in previous years and seemingly had a fair few problems, all of which meant the space was all kinds of damp. Billy was really transparent from the outset that he spotted several issues, and when he identified another once work had started, he explained the problem and suggested resolution. The team got everything done in two days, and were impeccably clean throughout (which is very different to experiences I've had in the past when I've had work done).
