Alyn did an incredible job on my attic conversion! From start to finish, he made sure everything ran smoothly- from designing the space itself to dealing with paperwork and liaising with builders to make sure that everything went to plan. Communication was great, and Alyn was excellent at taking on board what I wanted, as well as suggesting where alternatives might work better. The best part, though, was the design itself. Alyn transformed a relatively small, dark, awkwardly shaped attic into an elegant, spacious, light-filled room. Based in East Kilbride, Glasgow, we are a professional and reliable company offering Architectural services to residential customers. This includes drawings for Planning and Building Warrant applications. We undertake projects of various sizes, ranging from internal alterations, garage conversions and extensions to residential properties.
Tom took the time to understand our requirements and came up with plans that matched exactly. LFD handled all negotiations with the Planning and Building Warrant departments of the Local Authority and this meant the plans were completed and approved on time and on budget. Tom will continue to work with us as the building work progresses and provides a great sounding board for ideas and for solutions to problems. Thank you Andrew and team for all your hard work on our period flat refurbishment. Complete gutting of flat, slapping, floor relay, kitchen, bathroom, windows, wiring, plumbing.... basically a rebuild! Andrew was flexible and helpful throughout the building process and has returned to iron out any niggles post build. Love the flat now.
