All types of damp treatments carried out For rising damp penetrating damp better drainage to stop and help prevent bridging damp. All types of rot treated and removed including dry rot wet rot and woodworm issues. Trench drains as required to allow proper water escape. Ventilation in roof space to create proper airflow which combats moisture build up leading to mould. All mould treatments and help to prevent mould from returning in future.
Latest review:Damp Proofing-Arrived the next day which was great, assessed job and provided advice. Work was not required for damp and reassurance provided. Only 4 stars as call out charge a bit expensive at £80.

Latest review:Damp Proofing-Derek was absolutely fantastic throughout this experience. He arrived very smart and polite, identifying the problem at hand and explaining his findings. Derek offered a couple of resolutions to help benefit me finically, nice to see he isn’t one of these tradespeople focused more on getting money rather than the client. He was very considerate in relation to my shifts and worked around the clock to fit me into his diary to avoid longer wait, with potential to allow the dampness to get worse. Derek arrived to carry out the job and he kept a clean workstation throughout, it’s nice to not have to clean up after anyone. I would highly recommend Derek at D Scott Decors for any job you require, reliable and very professional. Thank you again Derek!
