I had interested parties contact me within hours. I had enough interest to be able to make an informed decision with quotes given. Although Prorend were the most expensive, they were the only company to say that I would need a building warrant for the job. Prorend have applied for the building warrant on my behalf, as they have all the information needed for the said building warrant. Arranged for the roof to be power washed and sealed and then the loft to be insulated. The work was completed by 2 different companies- outside had a number of challenges but got there in the end (they really let the side down and their service was below par) with the guy who reinstalled the solar panels went over and above to resolved the previous issues which was very appreciated.
