Get in touchNice guy, good quality of work. However, a 6 week job has already taken 13 months - works weren't more complicated than agreed, problem is he only turns up about 2x per month and regularly has noshows. For a job to go well, I recommend paying a large % on 100% completion, and having some daily funds released to encourage regular attendance. ** After one year, our project hasn’t been finished. It should’ve taken about six weeks. He is a friendly guy but he shows up on 10% of times when he says he will, and I don’t really know what more we can do to be patient, He has the skill and potential, but we are really exhausted now . It just goes on and on and on, he intermittently shows up and generates a lot of dust which we have to tidy up in the house and we have never been able to keep to any schedule. The work is dusty and was supposed to complete before our baby was born, now he is a year old and we so we have to keep cleaning because we don’t want him to get respiratory disease..Latest review:Repointing-
