I was provided a quote and signed a contract on MyBuilder and Guy advised what date he was available. I booked for someone to remove my log fire in advance of the work required and booked days off work. I sent 3 messages on MyBuilder and one email with no response, despite seeing the messages as read on MyBuilder.
