He responsed super quickly to my enquiry during the evening and was out for this non-urgent job first thing the next morning. He deftly opened the locks, for a very reasonable and transparent charge, very nice guy. He also explained what we needed to do change the locks if we can't locate the lost keys, rather than spend more on locksmiths.
