I had a problem with damp in the window reveals on the exposed sea facing side of my top floor flat in Lee. Vince quickly identify the cause (vertical damp course breached by plaster) and I am confident that the work carried out will have resolved the problem. Everything was explained and work included removal of old damp plaster, replacement with new, ensuring cavity now clear and outside pointing and mastic replaced. Vince demonstrated his experience in tackling damp issues by rapidly finding the cause and I would happily recommend him for similar work.
