Gabriel insulation services is Sam Gabriel’s father’s company. it seems from most reviews they do good quality professional work, unlike Sam who we unfortunately hired on the weight of this. On calling them they say he works independently. Sam didn’t turn up to complete the loft boarding job we had already paid for, without bothering to cancel causing a wasted 3 hr journey. We chased him up with calls messages but he wasn’t even in the country. We found him willing at first, but in action disorganised, messy, sloppy, irresponsible in attitude, cutting corners with the work & not following through on agreements. communication was fraught with difficulties, misunderstandings. He cut boarding planks in the rain and we had to ask him to stop. He never returned to finish that or several other associated jobs that were promised & refused to reply to our requests for completion & kept saying he was abroad or busy. I will be reporting him to trading standards.
