The trimming back of the foliage was done well, and laying of patio was also done well. FINANCE: competitive. Quotations were favourable compared to other contractors. I was requested to make 5 interim payments and 1 final payment after every couple of days of work, which was odd for me as I've not been asked this before by other contractors, but not a problem in the end. COMMUNICATION: Very friendly, personable and likeable. Easy to talk to. Didn't reply to calls and texts a number of times, but otherwise was okay in general. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The project began in August, should have taken 10 days to finish, but has only finished today (Jan). The project started in earnest a week late due to delays from one of his previous projects and weather issues. Everyone worked extremely hard and overcame the inevitable minor problems with professionalism and good grace. Suggestions and improvements came thick and fast and the end result far exceeded our expectations. The team come highly recommended as a dependable unit capable of handling any job.
