From the initial quote through to the finished job, William Wall and his crew were excellent. The work was completed within the estimated time frame, including an adjustment in the scope of work to fix an unexpected issue affecting the original loft flooring. From start to finish, the job site was kept clean and tidy, and the work was completed with a high level of quality. I would definitely hire P W Wall and Son Construction again.

John and his team did a great job building our extension and doing other internal renovation works to the house. It was all reasonably priced. The team worked hard and communication was good - you could always get hold of John. We'll be getting the team back when we're ready for the next phase of home improvements and have already told a friend we'll give them John's number when they are ready for works on their home, so yeah, we recommend him!

Tom & his Dad did an excellent job for us. The work involved knocking down a wall to make one larger room and insulating the walls and ceiling. A new toilet, heater and new flooring were installed. We also wanted some cupboards, a new sink, our washing machine moving into the room and a worktop. Tom was completely honest about the parts of the job he couldnt do (worktops) and organised for someone he knew to do that bit. He always explained everything he was doing, always turned up when he said he would and tidied up at the end of the day. Very satisfied customer!

They carried out a full ground floor renovation: full plumbing (including water and heating), rewiring, plan reconfiguration including change of load bearing walls, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, painting. Restoration of parquet flooring due to change of floor layout, internal door frames and doors installations. Minor related repairs on the first floor: radiator replacement, creating more space for stairs. Progress remained steady and well-managed throughout. Team was autonomous (like checking with structural engineer/architect/building regulations without our involvement), and if the input was required due to insufficient details/designer solutions we were involved as expected (as we wanted). The project stayed broadly within the agreed budget and time. The slight overrun was related to an additional foundation needed, which was not planned initially. Need for additional foundation was due to structural engineer calculations and building control.
