The work has all been completed to a very high standard. Steve stayed in constant contact throughout the project to check on details and ensure that all changes that were being made were to my satisfaction. During the initial measuring up and estimate I was given different options of how the work could be done. Allowing me to make choices about cost and level of disruption which best suited me. Details were also explained to me clearly so I could understand and make informed choices. I would defintely use this company for further work or recommend them to a friend.

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. We recently completed a loft conversion with Dean and his team at Blakeon, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The workmanship has been excellent throughout, and the new loft space has completely transformed the house while feeling fully integrated with the rest of the property. What really stood out was the communication, reliability and flexibility. As the project progressed, I refined several design decisions before they were finalised, and Dean was always patient, accommodating and willing to discuss options. The project included a number of additional complexities, all of which were handled professionally and pragmatically. I also remained living in the house throughout the build, and the team were consistently respectful, considerate and easy to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean and his team and am already discussing future projects with him.

Sanders home solutions replaced my mother’s conservatory roof. Mel came out to quote for repairs and a replacement roof. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful , explaining the process to my elderly mother. Mel and his team replaced the roof whilst my mother in hospital . Good communication and completed in a day. The new roof looks fantastic. Mel sent photos of the work once completed and we have now been round to look ourselves and the team have done a fantastic job. Very trustworthy company I will definitely use again Thank you to you and your team Mel .

We hired Dragos last October to install 50m2 of laminate herringbone. After completing we noticed floor squeaks in many areas. We pointed this out, D told us it is “normal” and floor would settle over time – which it hasn’t. D laid floor in 2 days and was paid. 5m2 were left unfinished as we ran out of panels. We had to order more. Once the panels arrived we contacted D but he said he couldn’t come because he had taken another job and he will contact us asap. It was our fault so we were ok with that and waited. This repeated for the following weeks and communication was poor. We could not wait longer. My husband has decided he will try to finish remaining area himself. After he had finished, D contacted us but job was already done. Area made bymyhusband does not squeak unlike part installed by D. This strongly suggest squeaking is due to D installation method. I sent D three messages asking him to inspect the problem. He ignored every single one. We are now considering legal action.
