He completed our building work to a high standard and always cleaned up at the end of day before he left. He also made some great suggestions to our initial plans which have worked out better. Garry Bond Creative Construction EA. Builder and Architectural Designer I engaged Garry to build and be the principal contractor in my bungalow renovation. This included a significant loft conversion; link extension and garage rebuild. I had other builder’s turndown the job due to the complexity around the structural changes required. I was impressed with Garry straight away from our initial telephone conversation. I like to think I am a good judge of character being a professional engineering manager myself. I was right, Garry has and continues to be after 7 months a trustworthy, honest, upfront professional project manager, builder and Architectural drawing specialist. (I have also added a large patio and front driveway with large electric gates to the contract so we can have Garry on site to make sure all the required works are complete before he starts another contract, he drew up plans for the driveway so we could visualise the finished layout etc) As with all builds there has been up and downs. Changes and adjustments to original specification, and milestones. Nothing phases Garry. Any issue is dealt with and he provides options and recommendations too. He organised all his trades including the bricklayers, roofers, electrician, plumbers and plasterers. With weekly updates on what’s happening and why etc to help manage expectations etc. He was even happy to deal with a solar panel install for me which I had arranged myself and fitted in installation with his roofers. My wife and I genuinely feel lucky to have found someone who cares about the standard of work like it was their own house. Richard did an excellent job of fixing my front step by removing old tiles and replacing it with new slabs. Our step looks fantastic and he cleaned up everything too. A really nice guy, reliable and does excellent work. Definitely recommend him.

Highly recommendable! Competitive price, great result, and good communication from Ryan throughout was much appreciated! We undertook a full down stairs renovation which included garage conversion, installation of bedroom and en-suite, installation of kitchen, painting and decorating, and flooring throughout. Due to the scale of the work and having a young baby, we moved out of the property while the work was progressing. Ryan kept us up to date on progress, and kept us on track to move back in in a timely manner. In future we intend to do more work to our home (extension and new bathrooms upstairs), and will definitely be using Ryan and team again.

I chose Peter from a group of 3 builders who came to look at the job. Peter's quotation and scheduling were both very comprehensive and precise. Moreover, he has rigorously stuck to both. Most importantly ( for me anyway) the standard of Peter's work is exceptionally high, he attends to every little detail- clearly he is a perfectionist!. He is also a very creative thinker who will always come up with a solution to any of the those little issues that arise during building work. He is clearly very highly qualified and competent. He is also very thoughtful and considerate of the family and does his utmost to avoid disruption and mess as best he can. I had a kitchen extension built - whilst still having to use the original kitchen - and with the use of temporary walls and screens, Peter ensured I was still able to use it. I would highly recommend Peter for any building project you might be considering. Another point of interest , all of the other trades that came in ( electricians, plumbers etc) all said that they really liked working with Peter because they know that when he makes arrangements, they can take those timings to the bank ! All in all, first class work, service and commitment. Highly recommended.

Excellent. I needed someone to remove an existing washing machine and for a new one when it arrived. Shaun was on the job immediately, arrived when he said he would, and did the job efficiently....returning a week later to fit the new machine. Reasonable price charged. Honest, friendly and respectful. Hoping to get him back for other work in the future.

Hello, I found Agron on the “My Builder Website” He was prompt/polite and very helpful, he took me to B&Q and help to buy new doors and handles & transported everything back my place in his van, He worked quickly and Efficiently, hanging my new doors & doors handles, He also did several other small carpentry jobs around the place for me, he even cleaned up behind him self after he fished each job, Which was really nice because previous builders I’ve had in the past just left a big mess everywhere, If you are looking for a carpenter/ builder who is trustworthy and reliable, who also takes pride in his work, Then I have no hesitation in recommending Agron.
