We required a wall to be knocked out with a RSJ installed, a window cut out of a wall with a new lintel, to brick up the external doorway and old window, brick up the kitchen door following the knock through and to cut a doorway and install a door under the stairs. Could not have got better work done. They came & discussed my job & their quote was mid way between others. The work was carried out along with some additional work that arose during the job. The window that was delivered and fitted by the window company was fitted incorrectly by the window company and needed correcting. They undertook the refit and later lowered it to our requirements perfectly. They also made safe the wooden ladder we were using and set a temporary sink we were using to make that safe. They were on site from 8.00am to 4.30 each day, reliable and hard working. So impressed by their work that I paid them a bonus. I am a fully qualified bricklayer nvql3 with 23 years in the trade and also knowledge in other trades with contacts who can help along in your project. We not only do a nice tidy job but I personally think it’s also how you leave the job clean and tidy and each job treat it like it is our own home .

Prompt communication, accurate estimation, brilliant value for money, excellent execution, helpful attititude, problem solving skills-10out of 10. What stood out was the holistic solution he provided- the others said they would not do painting, hire somebody else for flooring patchwork etc but Peter on the other hand transparently said that he would not he able to do some of it but he would liase with other tradesman and provide an end to end solution. The icing on the cake was him and his team taking care of my old dog Veeru when I had to go to work unexpectedly at the last minute - fed him / put his water bowl right next to his bed when they left because veeru could not get up on his own. Really nice caring human touch. Thanks Peter. Have no doubt in recommending Peter to anybody looking for a builder.
