Did a great job which was signed off by building control. Since then also paved my front garden and done a large amount of plastering. I would highly recommend them. They actually did a good job , he offered to take over entire project- based on work so far and previous feedback on mybuilder offer accepted Initially things went well - his team did good job correcting mistakes and moving things forward. However, despite agreed stage payments he began asking for weekly payments, although reluctant, I agreed and noticed the sums increasing . I raised my concerns with him - he explained that this system worked better for him so I let it go despite my misgivings. Progress began to slow down. Initially it was an incomplete roof and then plastering . He would blame the external trades .We later learned He was taking money from us-not paying his workers. I eventually stopped paying him as things were not progressing as expected. He threatened to not come back but sent a long txt apologising and he was giving up and I can use his men to finish. Get in touchI only meet Mohammad Ansari once who gave my project of creating a new access to my garden and new toilet to some freshy Indians. The guys were very friendly however they were very unprofessionals. Everything they done is faulty and having some building/ plumbing background myself i had to redo the works myself. The toilet sink wasnt done properly and was leaking, the tiling is not done properly, new tiles have been damaged and chipped at various locations due to lack of care by their labourer. Even my 10 year old son can do better silicon than they have done around the shower tray and sink. Grouting between tiling is missing. The waste pipe going to the drainge is leaking. They are careless and unprofessionals. I felt they just wanted to do a quick job and run off! No attention to details at all! Am i gonna hire them to do my new planned loft conversion?
