The level of communication was high, right from the start they always kept us informed and updated regarding, when they were coming, materials etc. They always turned up when they said they would. We felt they went above and beyond - sourcing high quality materials and other trades, at reasonable and sensible prices. They only purchased enough materials required for the job - hence not wasting our money on materials that were not used. We are so pleased we found them - so much so that, they are coming back to do further building work for us. We have already highly recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive as there were no existing reviews to gauge his work. However, after seeing some of his previous projects, I decided to take a leap of faith - and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. Jagdeep's approach to our project, which started merely as a rear extension and shower room, was nothing short of exceptional. His remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail soon convinced me and my wife to extend the scope to a full renovation. Throughout the process, Jagdeep and his team displayed an extraordinary level of skill, professionalism, hard work as well as trust (very rare these days). No task was too challenging, and his willingness to prioritise our needs and provide thoughtful advice was truly comforting. It's rare to find a builder with such dedication and expertise. Rating: 4 out of 5 454 reviewsGet in touchTo start off with the job went reasonably well - we were happy with the workers and the progress. but when we neared completion the work slowed up we waited 3 months for a response from Jordan. we had an issue where his plasterer hid the plumbing access in the wall. - This cost us £500 to sort and re-decorate so we came to an agreement that this was fine and at the time i presumed that Jordan was going to sort out the building control. so we then chased and chased but obviously since he had his money he wasn't interested he answered the phone and hung up. so we called building control and there are 2 small bits to fix which are all due to his work not being up to scratch. obviously i will be paying out for this - so please be careful when using him and dont pay him until you have all of the documents as he will not resolve any issues after being paid. i have had 2 previous building projects and this was by far the worst experience going. avoid dont use him thanksLatest review:Extensions- - Get in touchBuild force lofts and extensions limited
