Completed the removal of the old wall and using the plasterboard I’d supplied blocked off the old doorway. They plastered to a high standard as agreed and removed the waste, leaving things to a high degree of tidiness. Pleasant working manner and very efficient. We had quoted 4 separate companies for this work and Evason come up the lowest price, so their prices are competitive with the market and more than reasonable for their work. The work was complete to a good standard, the few snags we raised with Perry and his team they were quick and happy to amend to our requests. Timings overstretched a little, but the team always communicated well and ensured that we were kept informed with the the detail. We are now just waiting for the planning paperwork to be finalised, and I will update when all is signed off within regulations.
