Absolutely delighted with the work Simon’s team including Joe did on restoring a dilapidated out building at the rear of an old terraced house in Lancaster. With not a straight wall to help, they quickly without fuss set about and have done a great job including, door, gates, brickwork, rendering. They even gave ideas to improve those I had initially planned, work bench, rails, water butt site. A huge improvement, blends well with the existing home. Without any hesitation I would call Simon SS Masonry again and all done for a fair price, not in the least exploitative and great communication at all times. Huge thanks to all at SS Masonry.

From the start Ryan and Danny where very approachable and professional, they were very patient with me as I’d never had any work to this scale done before I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer all queries and were very professional about it considering I was probably stopping them from doing what they were doing. At the end of every day they left the site clean and also asked if there is anything else I needed. They went over and above what I asked for them to do etching the budget agreed, the job was finished on time the transformation from old tired garage with Tim roof to brand new modern lovable space is amazing. Would recommend 100%, I’ve even got them pricing up the next job I want them to do. I would just like to thank the lads for there hard work in some horrendous weather conditions love the new room. Cheers lads

Michael and Peter did a great job replacing our flat roof. The options were explained really clearly from the outset, including the pros and cons of a warm vs. cold roof. They gave us their recommendation on the best option but left the final decision entirely to us. They went above and beyond throughout and made sure everything was completed to a really high standard. The work was fairly priced, and they also managed to fit us in at short notice, which we really appreciated. We’re really pleased with the finished roof and would happily recommend them.
