Quote just to install was over £250 more then another company and company who they recommended to have the fire place purchased from had zero interest and wasn’t customer caring in my personal opinion. Andy gave a great impression when he came to quote, clearly knowing a lot about his profession and suggesting good ideas that we hadn't thought of, for how to resolve various issues. He stripped out an old back-boiler, fitted a new boiler, complete set of new radiators and completely new plumbing, all for a very reasonable price. I came across Scott after being quoted by a couple of other defra fitters from another source who both ended up letting me down. Scotts communication was A star. He always communicated well. His quote was pretty good. I have had the stove fitted but it is too warm to enjoy it yet. It is fitted in very neatly and looks quite stylish. All in all I was very impressed with the service and with Scott and his team.
