I had a couple of other quotes and firefly stoves came in slightly more expensive than others, so initially I was apprehensive but after talking to them and then coming to have a look at the job it became apparent that David knew what he was talking about, a lot more than the others that gave poorly written replies and wanted cash-in-hand. He double checked everything, gave me a proper quote and acted professionally throughout. Job was done quickly cleanly, apart from the brand new flu liner and a bit of dust you wouldn't have known they'd been. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Very helpful before the installation, answered all questions promptly and very knowledgeable. Installation was done in a couple of hours and they demonstrated how to use and maintain the log burner. The end result looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the results. We've been using it for a couple of months and we've had no issues. We opted to have the Helios 5 compact multifuel installed and it's been working brilliantly Highly recommend the team!

Gareth did a fantastic job removing the chimney breast from our bedroom and supporting it in the loft. He worked very efficiently and professionally, the job was completed in only three days and there was no mess left at the end of each day. Completely stress free experience (when we all know what building work can be like!), he knew what needed to be done and got on with it.
