Andy gave a great impression when he came to quote, clearly knowing a lot about his profession and suggesting good ideas that we hadn't thought of, for how to resolve various issues. He stripped out an old back-boiler, fitted a new boiler, complete set of new radiators and completely new plumbing, all for a very reasonable price. Quote just to install was over £250 more then another company and company who they recommended to have the fire place purchased from had zero interest and wasn’t customer caring in my personal opinion. Was actually over charging me as well which wasn’t right considering the journey I had made to them. I came across Scott after being quoted by a couple of other defra fitters from another source who both ended up letting me down. Scotts communication was A star. He always communicated well. His quote was pretty good. I have had the stove fitted but it is too warm to enjoy it yet. It is fitted in very neatly and looks quite stylish. All in all I was very impressed with the service and with Scott and his team.
