Simon and Son turned up promptly and quickly and efficiently proceeded to carry out the work of re-sealing my shower unit. After a strong cup of tea (no sugar!) and in accordance with their prediction the job was completed in good time to a very good standard. The cost was also that which was set out and accepted by myself before the work commenced. I would certainly look to seek Simon and Sons for any future work required.

Joe gave a quote and agreed to install a new boiler at my mums bungalow. He was due Thursday, but never came. I have been trying to contact him via phone and e-mail but he won't answer the phone. He could have let us know. We now have to find a new engineer! The winter is here and she has no heat or hot water. Very poor service.....
